Beyond Motion is presenting a twelve week motion capture workshop. This will provide students the opportunity for ‘hands on’ experience with this unique industry standard technology. Students will learn how motion capture adds realism to enhance 3D animations.
The Workshop covers
- 3D character modeling
- Character preparation for motion capture
- Capturing motion with Optical Motion Capture System
- Capturing motion with Exoskeleton Motion Capture System
- Applying motion to 3D models
- Retargeting and cleanup processes
- Creating facial expressions and lip movements
- Producing animations for students’ portfolios
First week free of charge
Completion of Workshop
- Students will be provided with one month work experience at our studio
- Certificate with industry standard qualification
- Eligible to use our motion capture studio for a full year at half price
